I had real good stay, the place is nice!

The hotel's staff were helpful and knowledgeable all the time. The room was good with a comfy bed and a big bathroom. It had a refrigerator and a washing machine.

Very very helpful staff, absolutely perfect location to the Hindu festival in Trincomalee. Comfy bed in the double room, plus a refrigerator, a dining area, and a sitting area. Big size shared bathroom.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the White House and can't wait to return. the location is excellent, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and Uppuveli Beach.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and welcomed by the host. The outdoor area with hammocks was a perfect spot to relax. The rooms werenice and neat. The delicious breakfast prepared with love was a highlight. The location was excellent, with good local restaurants and a clean beach nearby. The snorkelling trip organized by the host was lovely.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Staff at the accommodation are always available to provide information at the reception. This incredible reception staff didn't just give us information, they practically became our personal tour guides! They knew all the best spots in Trincomalee, offering recommendations with passion and enthusiasm. It felt like having a team of local experts at our fingertips.

WiFi is very slow. The only downside was the WiFi, which was slower than a sloth participating in a snail race.

The value for money at The White House was amazing, with fantastic food and spacious rooms. The location was convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff, especially Ranga and his Aunt, made us feel like part of their family and were knowledgeable and thorough in arranging snorkeling and diving tours.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety and options.

The owner, Rangan, were great too make me feel at home. He not only arranged transportation and snacks for a snorkeling tour, but he also knew exactly where to find turtles and little sharks! The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the garden was a lovely place to relax. I highly recommend this place for a nice stay.

We stayed at White House in Trincomalee for a week and had a fantastic time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a choice of private or shared bathrooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food prepared by Rangan and his mom at Rangans. The breakfasts were outstanding and different every day. Rangan was an amazing host, offering tea and cookies, organizing trips, and providing helpful advice. The lovely garden with hammocks and a covered terrace was a great place to relax. We will definitely be back!

We had such an incredible time at The White House! The host, Rangan, was the kindest person we've ever met. He was caring, funny, and incredibly helpful. The garden was perfect for relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with mosquito nets and fans. Rangan even offered snorkeling and diving tours. We couldn't recommend this place enough!
